Technica Corporation is seeking a Senior Intelligence Solutions Integrator (Team Lead) to support INSCOM Data Capabilities Division (DCD) - Intelligence and Automation Operations (IAO) task order. The primary place of performance will be Fort Belvoir, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability.
• Delivering professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
• Draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
• Leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.

The position would be located at a government facility in Fort Belvoir, VA. and require work to be performed onsite. Any hybrid work schedule would require customer approval. The government has established policies for on-site vs hybrid work which varies across divisions and contracts. Where allowed, remote work must be coordinated with the team lead and/or government POC, ensuring there is zero interruption with the delivery of our services.

• Active Top-Secret with SCI and ability to obtain CI Poly
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years.
• 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
• 4 years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery.
• 4 years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery.
• Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.

• If don't have a Bachelor's degree, have an Associates degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline
