Westland Insurance Group is growing and has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Insurance Advisor to join our team in Edmonton, AB. This is an onsite role.

As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you promote and educate clients on a wide range of insurance products, take ownership of client relationships, and help us grow our presence and profile in the local community. You'll also serve as a senior resource within the branch, managing more complex insurance cases while supporting the development of team members

  • Contribute to business growth by identifying sales opportunities in addition to cross-selling and up-selling products
  • Support branch success by collaborating with team members, mentoring peers, and assisting with training, reporting, and day-to-day operations as needed
