Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Solutions Consultant to support multiple clients across a variety of industries. This role is responsible for advising clients on human resources best practices, strengthening HR processes, and implementing or optimizing HR information systems.

The ideal candidate is a trusted HR advisor who thrives in a multi-client environment. This individual must be able to balance multiple client engagements, develop practical and customized solutions, and build strong relationships with client leaders and HR teams.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their human resources needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop customized HR strategies and recommendations.
  • Provide ongoing HR advisory services across areas such as policy development, employment law compliance, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
  • Develop, review, and update employee handbooks, workplace policies, procedures, job descriptions, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Advise clients on employee relations matters, including performance concerns, workplace investigations, corrective action, conflict resolution, and employee separations.
  • Design and execute HR initiatives related to performance management, employee engagement, talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Lead or support change management and organizational development initiatives designed to improve business performance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage and optimize HR information systems and support efficient, accurate, and consistent HR processes.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to client leaders and HR teams to maximize the effectiveness of HR systems, tools, policies, and processes.
  • Manage multiple client engagements and HR projects simultaneously, including establishing project plans, coordinating deliverables, monitoring deadlines, and communicating progress.
  • Analyze HR data and trends and develop reports, insights, and recommendations to support clients• workforce planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Stay current on federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, HR trends, and emerging best practices.
  • Identify potential compliance concerns or organizational risks and provide clients with practical recommendations to address them.
  • Build trusted client relationships by providing responsive, thoughtful, and business-focused HR guidance.
  • Partner with internal team members and subject-matter experts to ensure clients receive consistent, comprehensive, and high-quality service.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Five to seven years of progressive human resources experience.
  • At least two years of HR consulting, outsourced HR, professional services, or multi-client experience preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of HR best practices, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, policy development, organizational development, and employment law compliance.
  • Experience advising leaders on complex or sensitive employee relations and workplace matters.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing HR information systems.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client engagements, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex HR matters clearly and practically.
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with client leaders, employees, and HR professionals.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and client teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification.
  • Experience supporting clients across multiple industries, organizational sizes, or geographic locations.
  • Experience with HR data analysis, metrics, dashboards, and workforce reporting.
  • Experience facilitating leadership training, employee development programs, or organizational change initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of current HR trends, emerging employment practices, and workplace compliance requirements.
