Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to continuously deliver high-quality candidates to fulfill hiring objectives. Develop an understanding of our personnel needs and organizational model to support sourcing and business strategies. Identify and attract candidates; and negotiate complex compensation packages and close all level candidates. Assist line management with cyclical human resources (HR) programs, including talent development, performance management, and employee relations. Provide HR guidance and advise business leaders about employee disciplinary issues. Act as a branding champion, training hiring managers and interviewers on how to represent our organizational culture in a meaningful way.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Designing and implementing HR talent strategy, including talent attraction and retention; Partnering with employees, leaders, or HR teams on employee relations matters including performance management and potential disciplinary actions; Conducting market research for salary data, comparing with historical compensation, and proposing salary budget and compensation structure; HR data management, data analytics, and data visualization to keep track of system data inventory; Accessing, recommending, and implementing solutions to talent and organizational development needs, including employee learning and career needs; and Utilizing off-the-shelf HR Information systems and analytics tools to leverage reporting data insight capabilities. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $116688 - $198360 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
