Description

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and processes, supporting Federal Government HR modernization initiatives. This role requires extensive experience with HCM platforms, federal HR policy, and large-scale system implementations.

As a valued member of the SFI team, you will play a critical role in delivering mission-critical capabilities and innovative HR technology solutions to our Federal Government customers, helping modernize and strengthen federal workforce operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the senior subject matter expert for HCM systems, including PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, or similar platforms.
  • Lead HCM system implementation, upgrade, and enhancement activities, including requirements, design, configuration, and testing.
  • Provide strategic guidance on HCM system architecture, integration, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with senior government stakeholders to align HCM capabilities with federal HR transformation objectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior HCM SMEs and functional analysts.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level HCM briefings, recommendations, and documentation.
  • Provide expert guidance on federal HCM regulatory compliance and best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7 years of progressive HCM experience, including modernization efforts.
  • Demonstrated expertise in: HR process reengineering, requirements & fit-gap, configuration, change management & stakeholder engagement.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must possess an active Secret security clearance or be able to obtain one.

Desired Skills:
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Specialist or PeopleSoft HCM functional certification.
  • Experience as a senior HCM SME on DoD or federal agency programs.
  • Familiarity with federal civilian HR regulations (OPM, Title 5 USC) and military HR processes.
  • Experience with HCM system integrations, including payroll, benefits, and talent management.

Additional Information:
  • Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
  • Work Environment: Onsite/Hybrid/Remote as required by the contract.
  • This is a full-time, W2 position.
