5+ years of progressive accounting experience, particularly in general ledger and month-end close

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a strong foundation in general ledger accounting and month-end close
Bachelor`s degree in Accounting or a related field required
Manufacturing accounting experience is strongly preferred
Experience working within an ERP environment, ideally supporting a manufacturing organization
Strong understanding of journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, intercompany transactions, and financial statement preparation
Working knowledge of US GAAP, with exposure to or experience supporting IFRS reporting highly valuable
Ability to analyze financial information, investigate discrepancies, and communicate findings clearly to management and business partners
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across accounting, operations, global finance, and external audit teams
