Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering, ML engineering, or AI development experience
• 2+ years of experience in Generative AI application development
• Expertise in designing enterprise-scale AI agent systems
• Experience architecting advanced RAG solutions with complex retrieval strategies
• Familiarity with image analysis and visual reasoning models
• Strong knowledge of LLM evaluation and quality assurance methodologies
• Experience with responsible AI practices including safety and bias mitigation
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate solutions using Azure services like Logic Apps and CosmosDB
• Implement chunking, embedding, and prompt engineering techniques for GenAI applications utilizing OpenAI models like GPT-4
• Utilize Visual Studio Code for efficient development and ensure seamless deployment using Bitbucket and Azure
• Write clean and maintainable Python code focusing on functionality and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that align with organizational goals
• Leverage managed identities to enhance secure interactions with Azure services
