Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities- Conduct data-driven analysis of financial results to deliver actionable insights and clear, step-by-step execution pathways
- Collaborate within an advanced FP&A team to build, adjust, and visualize budgets and financial forecasts
- Deliver on-time monthly actuals vs. budget and prior-year comparisons, highlighting key operational drivers and future outlooks
- Tailor complex financial analysis and recommendations across written reports, dashboards, and oral presentations for diverse audiences
- Leverage strong in-house FP&A systems and tools to improve reporting efficiency, data accuracy, and visualization quality
Knowledge and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business, with a CPA or MBA preferred; a scientific educational background is a strong asset
- 6-10 years of experience in accounting or finance, of which at least 3 years should be in FP&A; relevant experience may include management accounting or audit; and prior experience within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is preferred
- Advanced spreadsheet proficiency and experience with business intelligence software
- In-depth knowledge of financial planning tools (SAC preferred) and familiarity with ERP platforms (SAP preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting financial insights

The annual salary for this job ranges from:
$83,700.00 - $125,500.00
