A Brief Summary of This Position:This position reports to the Director, FP&A Operations & Supply Chain and serves as a key finance business partner to procurement, sourcing, and materials leadership. The role is responsible for translating supply chain performance into financial insight to improve material cost, price variance, supplier performance, and working capital. Strong candidates will bring hands-on experience in procurement finance, driver-based planning, cost analysis, inventory management, and cross-functional decision support. The role must combine financial discipline with business acumen to challenge assumptions, improve visibility to future performance, and convert data and insights into actionable recommendations.
Essential Functions:- This position reports to the Director Finance and Business Partner - North America Supply Chain and partners closely with procurement, sourcing, materials management, accounting, and Corporate FP&A.
- Drive the forecasting process for procurement and materials by establishing financial targets and maintaining forward views on material costs, inflation impacts, and supplier pricing dynamics.
- Lead weekly and monthly KPI reporting, including purchase price variance (PPV), supplier cost trends, inventory levels, forecast-to-actual variances, and scrap analysis.
- Lead the standardization and governance of sourcing savings reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking, ensuring consistent measurement, validation, and communication of realized and projected savings.
- Partner with procurement and sourcing leadership to improve material cost performance and support supplier negotiations through financial analysis.
- Support AOP, forecast, and strategic planning processes with driver-based analytics and scenario modeling.
- Leverage business intelligence, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve reporting efficiency, strengthen analysis quality, and reduce manual effort across recurring finance processes.
- Communicate insights clearly and convert analysis into action-oriented recommendations.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or business partnering finance roles.
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and financial statement linkages across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Demonstrated experience with forecasting, AOP, KPI reporting, variance analysis, standard costing, inventory management, and working capital optimization
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and report financial and operational data to support an understanding of performance and decision making
- Experience supporting strategic or operational improvement initiatives
- Prior experience in Procurement/Sourcing Finance, or similar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and operate effectively in a matrixed organization
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems and financial planning/reporting tools
- Demonstrated ability to use independent judgment, manage multiple priorities, and drive follow-through in a fast-paced environment
