In This Role, You WillFinancial Analysis, Reporting and Insights:- Analyze practice financial performance, prepare reporting, forecasts, and variance analysis, and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Monitor key metrics and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support improved practice performance.
Business Partnership and Decision Support: - Partner with practice managers and regional and senior operations leaders to understand business priorities, provide financial guidance, and support confident decision-making.
- Support budgeting and forecasting in partnership with FP&A and operations leaders, including financial analysis, presentations, and business case support for key initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with practices by responding to finance-related support needs, including dc assist tickets, service-level expectations, and annual inventory review requirements.
Process Improvement and Strategic Support: - Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, support operational efficiency, and contribute to strategic initiatives through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required
- At least 2 to 3 years experience as a Financial Analyst or Business Partner in a prior finance role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and align financial goals with overall business objectives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems is required
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The salary range for this position is $75,000 CAD to $95,000 CAD annually (plus a bonus of up to 10% and competitive total rewards and benefits package). Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations. This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
