  • Challenge pricing, cost structures, and operating assumptions to unlock value
  • Translate analysis into actionable recommendations and business decisions
  • Build and manage a pipeline of margin, pricing, and cost optimization initiatives

Forecasting & Performance Tracking

  • Pressure-test assumptions and identify leading indicators, risks, and gaps
  • Ensure forecasting reflects operational realities and emerging trends
  • Drive clarity on performance drivers and expected outcomes

  • 6+ years progressive FP&A/accounting experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and quantify financial impact
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills highly desired
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • Relentless curiosity – digs beyond surface-level answers
  • Bias for action – proactively surfaces issues and opportunities
  • Commercial mindset – connects analysis to business impact
  • Comfort challenging the status quo – pushes back on assumptions and decisions
  • Structured problem solver – frames ambiguity and drives clarity
  • Ownership mentality – accountable for outcomes, not just analysis
  • Clear communicator – delivers concise, decision-ready insights

Compensation
