Job Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall hardware product strategy, aligning with the company's long-term goals and market demands, with a focus on product categories such as smartphones, modules, and consumer IoT.
Lead and mentor product development and product management teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Oversee the entire device portfolio lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch analysis, across smartphones, modules, and consumer IoT.
Identify emerging trends and technologies in the wireless telecom industry to inform product roadmap decisions for these specific categories.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless product development and successful market penetration of smartphones, modules, and consumer IoT devices.
Manage relationships with key external partners and vendors.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, regularly reporting on progress and making data-driven adjustments to strategy.
