Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Location:Devon PA.

The role:

  • Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities for plant costcentres, including headcount andpeoplecosts.

  • Providetimelyvariance analysis, costreportingand forecasting insights throughout the month-end close process.

  • Deliver clear management reporting on production and overhead costs, including Monthly Operating Report submissions.

  • Partner with plant operations and finance stakeholders toidentifytrends,risksand opportunities through detailed analysis.

  • Review production costs, standard costallocationsand cost variances to support improved business performance.

  • Build strong relationships across operational,commercialand technical teams to supportaccuratefinancial reporting.

  • Maintain and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to improve visibility into business results.

  • Support cash forecasting and liquidity planning activities through analysis of working capital and operational performance.

  • Prepare complex excel financial reports utilizing high proficiency in Excel and Data analytics.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • University degree qualification anda professionalaccounting qualification such as ACA,CIMAor equivalent.

  • Strong experience inmanagementaccounting, costanalysisand financial planning within manufacturing.
