Senior Finance Manager
Remote Canada
Overview:
Constellation Data Labs, a division of Constellation Software (TSX: CSU), is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance function for a growing and dynamic business. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including management reporting, accounting compliance, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance. The successful candidate will lead and develop an offshore finance team, drive process improvements, implement best practices, and ensure the business remains aligned with Constellation's financial standards and systems.

What You Will Do
Manage the overall business P&L and full cycle accounting processes including customer invoicing and collections, bi-weekly forecasting, financial reporting andanalysisand corporate accounting compliance.
Work alongside the Corporate accounting and finance integration team to build a team, processes and align the new business with our standard best practices and systems
Analyze monthly results to provide insights into forecast variances, key performance indicators/ratiosand financial performance trends.

Take ownership of forecasting cycle and proactively update based on business changes.
Partner closely with the Senior Leadershipand key functional group leaders within the business unit to support developingstrategicplans.
Run a disciplined AR management process and ensure collection risk is minimized.Managementteam expectationswill include weekly calls,timelyescalation of troubledaccountsand assessment of collection trends on monthly revenue.
Support the GM and management team in preparing material for quarterly strategic reviews and activelyparticipatein the review.
Participate in management calls and providestrategicfinancial advice and insights on key financial trends.
Collaborate withbusiness units in the same portfolioto learn and share best practices, opportunities for synergies and streamlining.
Lead and develop a team ofoffshore resources.Regularly meetto provide coaching, feedback,and goal setting.
With curiosity, proactivelyidentifynew areas of investigation or opportunities for improvement.
Ad hoc projects as desired or requested by senior management.
What You Bring
Minimum5years of FP&A experience
Minimum 2 years of people management and team leadership experience
University Degree in Accounting, CPA strongly preferred, but notrequired
A strong understanding of accounting guidelines, particularly IFRS-15 revenue recognitionguidelinesisstrongly preferred, andacquisitionaccounting is a plus.
Ability to manage and prioritize competing deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with credit agreement management and debt covenant reporting
Strong written and communication skills.
Experience withmanaging or supervising offshore teams.
Financial knowledge in the software field, specifically with financial operations and accounting guidelines.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; experience with Great Plains or other similar programs is a plus.
Requires occasionaltravelincludingto the US.

Salary Range (Ontario & BC Only):
The estimated base salary range for this role is CAD$108,000.00 - CAD$132,000.00 per year. We include salary ranges in job postings only where required by applicable pay transparency laws, based on the jurisdictions in which the role may be performed. The posted range is a good faith estimate and reflects factors that are subject to change.
