Description

Markon is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Services Coordinator to support an Intelligence Community customer. This role will coordinate vendors, onsite support services, seasonal operations, and special projects across a complex facilities environment. The position requires a versatile problem-solver who can manage multiple service programs, resolve customer issues, coordinate logistics, and work closely with project managers, contractors, and Government stakeholders to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate facilities services and vendor support, including food services, custodial services, parking, special events, security monitors, and other operational programs.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for facilities-related customer requests, troubleshooting issues and coordinating timely resolution.
  • Support critical seasonal operations, including inclement weather and snow removal activities.
  • Provide project management and logistical support for special projects, construction activities, events, and external facility requirements.
  • Coordinate special event and conference support, including equipment delivery, specialized cleaning, security coverage, and other facility services.
  • Monitor contractor and vendor performance, evaluate service quality, and provide feedback to Government stakeholders.
  • Administer parking activities, including permit assignments, parking applications, and coordination with component representatives.
  • Coordinate domestic and international official travel, including clearances, accesses, certifications, appointments, briefings, and training requirements.
  • Support logistics and administrative functions, including invoice validation, documentation, scheduling, and executive calendar management.
  • Support classified customer-specific programs and complete required Sponsor training and authorization activities.
Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; a high school, vocational school, or trade school diploma with 5 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.
  • 8+ years of specialized experience managing services, facilities support, operations, logistics, or related programs.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and multiple facility or business support services.
  • Experience managing customer requests, troubleshooting operational issues, and coordinating solutions across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project coordination, logistics, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support time-sensitive or seasonal operational requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated customer service experience.
  • Ability to meet classified customer-specific program and training requirements.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Intelligence Community, federal government, or other secure facilities.

Salary RangeUSD $120,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
