Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by identifying and securing top-tier executive talent? As a Senior Executive Talent Partner, you will be at the heart of our success, working with senior leadership to drive the strategy and execution of critical hiring decisions. In this role, you will directly impact the leadership teams that guide our diverse portfolio of operating companies.

This isn't just about filling roles; it's about identifying leaders who will drive bold strategies, build high-performing teams, and push our businesses to new heights. Your expertise will fuse innovative talent acquisition strategies with internal development initiatives, all while ensuring an exceptional, inclusive experience for every candidate.

What You'll Do:
  • Shape Executive Leadership: Partner with business segment leaders to define talent strategies for key positions, including Presidents and other executive roles, ensuring we build teams that drive long-term business success.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Serve as a key consultant to senior leadership, guiding the executive recruitment process from candidate sourcing and screening to interviews and offer negotiations.
  • Build Talent Pipelines: Manage and cultivate executive talent pipelines of internal and external talent using advanced sourcing methodologies, tools, and systems to ensure we always have the right talent, ready to lead.
  • Collaborate and Influence: Work closely with internal stakeholders to align recruiting strategies with the unique needs and growth objectives of each operating company.
  • Leverage Data for Impact: Use analytics and data insights to continuously optimize recruitment processes, ensuring you deliver best-in-class outcomes while driving continuous improvement.
  • Drive Competitive Advantage: Translate market trends and insights into actionable talent strategies that enable our business to stay ahead in an ever-evolving landscape.
  • Provide Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor both new and existing team members, strengthening our collective capabilities.

What You Bring:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in a mid-to large size executive search firm and/or as a member of a best-in-class in-house executive search team highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading full-cycle executive recruitment efforts and partnering with senior leaders to drive talent initiatives that fuel business growth.
  • A data-driven mindset with a talent for identifying trends, solving complex recruitment challenges, and delivering exceptional results in dynamic environments.
  • Mastery in using recruitment tools, including ATS, CRM (Thrive preferred), and various sourcing systems to attract and engage top talent.
  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership on executive talent matters.
  • A high degree of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in managing sensitive information.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities.


Bonus or Equity
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 111,500.00 - 207,100.00
