Job Title: Senior Estimator Location: Concord, CA
About the Role
Nevell Group, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Estimator to join our Preconstruction Team in Concord, CA.
This position plays a key role in the success of our estimating efforts responsible for developing accurate and competitive estimates for large-scale commercial wall system projects. The Senior Estimator will analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to determine project costs, while leading estimating initiatives that drive NGi's continued growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation of detailed estimates for interior and exterior wall system projects
Interpret and analyze plans, specifications, and contract documents to define project scope
Develop quantity take-offs, pricing strategies, and bid proposals
Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients during preconstruction
