Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture preferred
Conceptual estimating experience with commercial construction projects is essential
Negotiated estimating experience is a plus
Proficient in ProCore, OnScreen Takeoff, Smartsheets, BlueBeam, Smart Bid, and Excel
Problem-solving abilities with minimal direction required
Estimating experience in healthcare, assisted living, municipal, and higher-education projects
Responsibilities
Collaborate diligently with customers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Prepare bid documents and conduct subcontractor buyouts efficiently
Solve problems independently as they arise
Complete tasks in a timely manner
Execute conceptual estimating as a core function
Effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
Lead project meetings and support other Estimators as needed

We are currently looking for a Senior Estimator with commercial construction experience and a background in conceptual estimating, and strong budgeting foundation. Position Responsibilities
Ability to work with our customers and architect/engineer/subcontract partners in a diligent and collaborative manner
Bid document preparation and subcontractor buyout in an expeditious and thorough manner
The ideal candidate has the ability to solve problems with limited direction
Ability to bring tasks to completion in a timely manner
Conceptual estimating ability is a requirement of this position
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and multi-task
Ability to lead project meetings and assist and/or fill in for other Estimators with all functions
Ability to communicate directly with Vendors/Subcontractors/Architects/Engineers
Minimum Qualifications
