A privately held commercial general contractor specializing in nationwide retail renovations and multi-location construction programs, is seeking a Senior Estimator - Commercial Retail Construction to join its growing team in Flowery Branch, GA. What You'll Do as the Senior Estimator - Commercial Retail Construction:
Lead estimates for commercial retail renovations, store remodels, tenant improvements, and multi-location rollout programs.
Review construction documents, specifications, and project requirements to develop accurate, competitive pricing.
Manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting fast-moving deadlines.
Request, review, and compare subcontractor and supplier proposals.
Identify missing scope, pricing inconsistencies, construction risks, and opportunities to improve project value.
Develop relationships with trade partners across multiple regional markets.
Coordinate with Project Managers and construction leadership during bid reviews, subcontractor buyout, and project transitions.
Improve estimating templates, workflows, documentation, and bid management practices.
Help establish consistent estimating procedures as the preconstruction department expands.
Mentor a developing junior estimator and collaborate with internal coordination support.

The Company Offers:
Base salary of $100,000-$115,000, with potential flexibility up to approximately $125,000-$130,000 for an exceptional candidate.
