Senior Epic Revenue Integrity Hospital Billing Analyst

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Health Care, or related field preferred.
• EPIC certification is mandatory.
• 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Operations in a hospital setting.
• 1 year of EPIC IT build experience.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and maintain the integrity of the Revenue Integrity program.
• Ensure Chargemaster and fee schedules are compliant with Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
• Review and update data for accuracy and compliance with Managed Care agreements.
• Collaborate with various departments to implement changes in fee schedules.
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies in revenue data.
