You will guide regulatory strategy, strengthen relationships with regulators, Indigenous communities, and stakeholders, and help deliver sustainable solutions that shape communities across Ontario and Canada.
Your Impact- Lead environmental planning and impact assessments for multidisciplinary energy and infrastructure projects.
- Develop regulatory roadmaps, environmental permitting plans, and monitoring programs that support compliance and sustainable project delivery.
- Provide strategic technical leadership and quality reviews for environmental impact assessments and supporting documentation.
- Guide clients through requirements under Ontario's Environmental Assessment Act and the federal Impact Assessment Act.
- Build trusted relationships with regulators and clients while advancing meaningful engagement with Indigenous communities and stakeholders.
- Identify new opportunities and contribute environmental expertise to proposals that support team growth.
- Mentor junior and intermediate colleagues, strengthening technical capability and knowledge sharing across the team.
The Skills That Set You Apart- A bachelor's or master's degree in environmental studies, planning, science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience managing environmental impact assessments and navigating regulatory processes in Ontario or elsewhere in Canada.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Ontario's Environmental Assessment Act and/or the federal Impact Assessment Act.
- Proven experience managing complex projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong experience designing and delivering stakeholder and Indigenous engagement programs, including the use of virtual engagement tools.
- Experience supporting business development and preparing persuasive proposals.
- Familiarity with Ontario and federal regulators, environmental permitting, and approval processes.

$93,700 - $124,200MB & ON:
$85,500 - $117,800NB, NL, NS, PE & QC:
$84,700 - $112,400DisclosureThe final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
