Title: Senior Enterprise Infrastructure Portfolio Project Manager
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Work Arrangement: Mostly Remote
Onsite: 1-2 times per month potentially onsite in the greater Milwaukee area
Duration: 1 year initially, with potential for a multi-year engagement

An Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing complex technology or physical systems projects. They oversee the implementation of enterprise-level hardware, software, data centers, and networks to ensure alignment with business goals, budgets, and timelines.

Job Summary
The Infrastructure Project Manager leads cross-functional technical teams and third-party vendors while managing end-to-end delivery of critical infrastructure initiatives, ranging from cloud migrations and server upgrades to hardware deployments and physical networking setups.
The ideal candidate balances strong organizational leadership with enough technical literacy to translate complex technical constraints into clear business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Project Lifecycle Management
  • Lead infrastructure projects from initial discovery and planning through final deployment, commissioning, and handover.
Scope and Scheduling
  • Create detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
  • Track project milestones.
  • Manage timelines using MS Project.
Resource and Vendor Alignment
  • Direct technical resources across multiple workstreams.
  • Oversee third-party contractors.
