Role DescriptionThe Delivery Enterprise Architect (EA) guides the design and delivery of high-quality Digital Experience and Digital Marketing solutions for Adobe's global enterprise customers. This role brings deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and focuses on crafting scalable, digital experiences centered around content.
You will define architecture strategy, lead multi-functional teams, and deliver solutions that align with client goals, technical requirements, and long-term digital transformation outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications- Experience in a consultative role leading large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems as an Architect or Principal Consultant, with significant proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- More than four years of experience crafting and delivering AEM-based solutions, including Sites, Assets, and integrations across Adobe Experience Cloud
- 4+ years of experience working with multiple Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, with AEM as a core capability, across three or more of the following:
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including Sites, Assets, and App Builder
- Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics
- Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, or Marketo Engage
- Adobe Real-Time CDP or Audience Manager
- Adobe Commerce/Magento or comparable e-commerce platforms
- Adobe Target or Recommendations
- Hands-on experience with Adobe's data management and querying tools such as Schema and Query Services.
- Adobe Workfront (Workflow, Planning, or Fusion)
- GenStudio, Express, or Firefly Services (less than 3 years)
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, technical solutions built on AEM that align teams to customer business objectives
- Experience defining project scope, delivery estimates, resource plans, and timelines based on implementation and licensing requirements
- Ability to identify delivery challenges early and develop clear, practical solutions to maintain scope, schedule, and budget
- Experience working with enterprise platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft), including:
- AEM integrations using REST APIs
- Cloud platforms and storage
- Structured and unstructured data flows
- Security and data movement
- Experience leading teams across engineering, architecture, and business functions that are multi-functional and geographically distributed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain AEM architecture and Experience Cloud solutions to technical, marketing, and executive audiences
- Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and occasionally internationally
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
Skills That Set You Apart- Adobe Certified Expert certifications, with preference for AEM (Sites and/or Assets), AJO, Analytics/CJA, RTCDP, Target, or Workfront
- Good understanding of AEM-led digital experience architecture, including:
- Content management and lifecycle
- Headless and hybrid architectures
- Integration with CDP, personalization, and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of end-to-end digital experience ecosystems, including:
- Customer data platforms and marketing automation
- Personalization and content delivery (AEM-focused)
- CRM integrations
- Media execution and reporting
- Experience delivering AEM-integrated commerce and omnichannel experiences
- Familiarity with mobile application integrations (native, Flutter, or React Native) within Experience Cloud environments
- Experience applying generative or agent-based AI solutions to improve content workflows, personalization, or delivery efficiency
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $178,200 -- $289,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $199,600 - $289,000In New York, the pay range for this position is $199,600 - $289,000In Washington, the pay range for this position is $191,000 - $276,500
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
