About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Vice President & Office Director to lead our New York office. This dual role combines high-level technical expertise with strategic leadership and business development. The successful candidate will oversee office operations, provide oversight of engineering projects, mentor staff, and serve as the primary representative of the firm in the New York market.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Technical Leadership
  • Lead, manage, and review design and engineering work on façade/civil/structural projects.
  • Provide guidance on complex engineering challenges and serve as a subject-matter expert.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

Office & People Leadership
  • Direct and manage day-to-day operations of the New York office.
  • Recruit, supervise, mentor, and develop engineering and administrative staff.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that supports employee growth.
  • Implement company policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives at the office level.

Business Development & Client Relations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and referrals.
