and the employees benefit from being able to enjoy their personal lives. Microchip Technology’s beautiful Oregon campus is seeking a qualified, motivated, and creative Senior Engineer I-Test (Parametric) to join our Yield Engineering team in Gresham, Oregon.
Responsibilities include:
Perform and coordinate wafer level measurements of semiconductor devices for parametric, functional and reliability purposes.
Process and analyze device characterization data
Perform detailed statistical analysis on parametric, functional and reliability data
Test structure layout, validation and testing.
Generate parametric summaries, yield and reliability reports
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics
- 5-7.5 years of experience
- Knowledge of semiconductor devices
- Knowledge of circuit schematic design and analysis
- Experience/education with data analysis and data visualization
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of data plotting tools like JMP and R desired
- Experience/education with LabVIEW desired
