The Team You'll Join The People & Culture team plays a central role in shaping the employee experience at Envestnet by supporting a workplace where employees feel informed, connected, recognized, and engaged. Within this team, the Employee Experience & Communications function helps bring our culture to life through clear and timely communications, enterprise employee listening, recognition and engagement programs, town halls, and initiatives that strengthen connection across the organization and support our company values. This team partners closely with leaders and stakeholders across the business to translate employee insights into action, support meaningful moments that matter, and ensure employees understand how their work contributes to Envestnet's strategy and success.
How You'll Contribute Serves as a strategic partner to the business, helping drive results by communicating clear, consistent and timely programs and policies that inform, inspire and activate employees in directions critical to job delivery and engagement. Proactively and regularly consults with leadership on programs and policies to effectively manage risk and address complex challenges. Implements programs and policies to increase employee awareness and knowledge of activities affecting employees.
- Writes, edits and finalizes all aspects of Employee Experience & Communications material.
- Engages with People & Culture (P&C), business, product and functional leaders to understand new initiatives, products, business direction and associated communications requirements.
- Develops material that clearly communicates the intended functional, business, product, company or program message.
- Determines the appropriate medium for the intended audience and message.
- Plans and ensures company and management participation in appropriate internal events.
- Monitors communications effectiveness metrics to identify issues and trends and recommend resolution strategies.
- Owns and coordinates enterprise employee listening activities, including engagement surveys, pulse surveys, focus groups, executive office hours, and other feedback channels to gather employee insights and improve the employee experience.
- Synthesizes qualitative and quantitative employee feedback into meaningful insights, themes, and recommendations for People & Culture and senior leadership, and partners with stakeholders to drive follow-up actions.
- Develops and supports global programs and communities that strengthen culture, belonging, employee connection, and overall engagement across the organization.
- Manages regional and global employee events and experiences, including town halls, culture-building programs, and community gatherings, bringing creativity, energy, and operational excellence to moments that connect employees and strengthen engagement across the organization.
- Develops dashboards, reports, and metrics related to employee engagement and experience, providing recommendations to leadership based on trends and employee insights.
- Supports employee recognition, charitable giving, and community impact initiatives that reinforce company values, increase participation, and strengthen organizational culture.
What You'll Need to Bring - Candidates should demonstrate the relevant experience, skills, and capabilities needed to successfully perform in the role. Relevant experience may be gained through current responsibilities, prior roles, project work, leadership opportunities, or other comparable experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Marketing or related field.
- Experience managing employee engagement initiatives, employee surveys and recognition programs.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability and willingness to travel to various office locations in the U.S. and India to support employee town halls and related engagement initiatives.
Nice-to-Haves - 5-8 years of experience in employee engagement, employee experience, internal communications, HR, or culture-related roles.
- Experience supporting workplace culture and engagement initiatives.
- Familiarity with employee listening platforms and engagement tools.
- Experience managing employee communities or engagement programs.
Our Investment in You This role offers a base salary range of $86,000 to $107,500. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
