Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Electrical Construction Engineer to join our project. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and contract unit pricing for electrical, telecom, fire-alarm (hereinafter "ETF") construction projects. Supports subcontract procurement, permitting activities, and project coordination to ensure electrical work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements, schedules, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee overall electrical engineering functions within construction projects, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Review ETF drawings, specifications, and field revisions. ensuring compliance with project standards and requirements
  • Promptly Identify deficiencies and issues affecting project quality, safety, and schedule requiring corrective action
  • Coordinate inspections and permitting activities with AHJ, inspectors, and subcontractors
  • Support project close-out activities, including final inspections and permit approvals. Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Verify compliance with applicable codes, including NEC requirements, project specifications, and quality standards


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Telecom, Fire Alarm Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in ETF construction engineering, inspection, or related field engineering roles
  • Experience with construction related documentation, submittals, drawings, reports, etc.
  • Knowledge of subcontractor procurement and contract administration
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Auto CAD


Preferred

  • Strong bilingual (Korean / English) communication and documentation skills
  • Experience with ETF permitting, drawing reviews, and NEC code compliance
  • Experience coordinating with AHJ and contractors
  • EIT, FE(Fundamentals of Engineering), OR PE(Professional Engineer) certification is preferred

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Weekend work may be required depending on the project schedule
