Position Overview:

The Senior Downstream Marketing Product Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies, promotions, and campaigns that drive sales revenue growth worldwide. The Senior Downstream Marketing Product Manager owns a group of product lines, from developing the commercialization strategy for global market launches to planning the product's end-of-life.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans, pricing and selling strategies, and promotional programs.
  • Develop product positioning, create marketing collateral, and demonstrate clinical/economic value proposition.
  • Create effective digital and printed sales tools highlighting key product features and benefits.
  • Respond to product-related inquiries from internal and external customers.
  • Educate customers on the technical, procedural, and/or clinical characteristics of assigned product lines.
  • Train sales personnel on the technical, business, and clinical aspects of products and procedures.
  • Conduct regular field visits to maintain a first-hand understanding of the market, the customer, the direct sales team, and the distributors.
  • Analyze and monitor sales data to illustrate product and market performance.
  • Evaluate new business and product opportunities.
  • Design and implement key regional strategies.
  • Align business needs with demand planning.
  • Develop strategies that optimize sales growth.
  • Conduct competitive market research and analyses.
  • Grow product/brand awareness through social media.
