How to Apply Email your resume: [email protected] Position Summary WINTrio LLC seeks a Senior .NET Programmer to support database enhancement and software development for the Combat Sample Generator (COSAGE) model at CAA. This role modifies database schemas and builds analyst-facing tools across three interlinked systems supporting Army theater-level combat simulation.
Key Responsibilities - Modify and enhance the COSAGE, Data Request, and Master Data databases in MS SQL Server
- Design and implement schema changes to support new features and data requirements
- Develop and maintain MS Windows-based user interfaces in C#.NET
- Maintain legacy code written in VB.NET where required
- Build stored procedures and relational table structures to support analyst workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve database and application processes that do not perform as expected
- Coordinate task priorities with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
- Support preparation of design documents, milestone schedules, and monthly progress reports
Required Qualifications - 5 years of experience, minimum, in software development with database programming
- Demonstrated experience developing MS Windows applications using C#.NET
- Experience maintaining legacy applications in VB.NET
- Strong experience building stored procedures and relational tables in SQL Server
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance
- Ability to work on-site at a government facility on a classified network
Desired Qualifications - Prior experience supporting Army or DoD combat simulation or analytical modeling systems
- Familiarity with database schema design for large, multi-application data environments
Work Environment - Full-time position.
- Primarily remote within the United States.
- Occasional on-site support may be requested in the Washington, DC / Northern Virginia area.
- Standard Federal business hours.
- All work must be performed within the United States.
