Key Responsibilities
- Build and Scale: Own the strategy and execution plan for growing this business line. Define focus areas, prioritize opportunities, and implement the operating systems needed to scale revenue efficiently
. - Turn Customer Insights into Growth: Develop a clear view of where we are winning, why customers adopt the product, and what slows adoption. Use market insights to sharpen segmentation, messaging, packaging, pricing, product priorities, and go-to-market execution
. - Build the Commercial Motion: Create a repeatable growth motion that combines our large professional user base with targeted outbound efforts, account-based selling, onboarding, customer success, and expansion
. Build an efficient model that increases pipeline quality, improves conversion, and keeps CAC low
. - Team Development: As the business scales, define the hiring plan and team structure needed to support continued growth

What You Need
Experience and Expertise- 7+ years of high-performance experience across strategy, operations, finance, product, growth, or business leadership roles
. - Strong analytical and strategic foundation, ideally developed in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or another rigorous business environment
. - Tech operating experience, preferably in a high-growth company where you helped scale a product, marketplace, SaaS business, PLG motion, or new business line
. - Proven ownership of business outcomes, with the ability to move from strategy to execution and drive measurable growth
. - Strong commercial judgment across the customer lifecycle, including segmentation, pipeline development, pricing, packaging, sales, customer success, and expansion
. - Ability to partner deeply with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership to translate customer needs and business priorities into clear plans
. - Track record of creating structure in ambiguous environments through metrics, operating cadences, dashboards, playbooks, planning processes, and team workflows
. - Experience managing people or leading cross-functional teams, with the ability to attract, coach, and develop a small, high-performing team

Additional Information
- Compensation: Target compensation includes base pay between $220K - $300k, with equity and incentive compensation determined based on experience
. - Location: This role follows a hybrid model, with a minimum of two days onsite at our downtown San Francisco office and flexibility to work remotely from home the rest of the week
