We're on the lookout for a Senior Director, Revenue Cycle Management to join our team at our Hackensack, New Jersey office with the opportunity to work hybrid, offering the perfect balance of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration!

What You'll Do:

The Senior Director, Revenue Cycle Management will oversee the RCM functions to maximize reimbursements for the company. This includes verification, documentation, billing, and denial management, among others. The Senior Director must also develop strategies and processes for the company, while also managing the overall revenue cycle. Consulting and working with fellow executives and leaders across all facets of the company are required.

The successful candidate will be able to perform the following responsibilities:
  • Leads operations for all RCM functions, including verification, documentation, billing, QA, A/R and denial management
  • Leads the development and implementation of revenue cycle strategies, processes, and other improvement initiatives, continuously improving RCM processes to help maximize the company's billings and collections
  • Determines structure of RCM team to maximize operations and cost
  • Ensures identification, analysis and implementation of solutions that will improve collection rates and reduce both bd debt and day sales outstanding
  • Leads larger revenue cycle projects, including audits, budgets, and technology enhancements
  • Creates relationships with payers and industry leaders to respond to trends in the health industry, thereby developing any necessary changes or improvements to RCM activities
  • In charge of building and designing high-performance management team to scale with projected growth of business department workflow and staffing.
  • Perform any and all other duties as assigned


What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field-or minimum of 10 years in healthcare management
  • Minimum 10 years of demonstrated success leading diverse, geographically dispersed teams in a high-activity, fast-paced environment, with a strong track record of delivering operational results.
