OverviewThe
Senior Director, Product Strategy owns the vision and product roadmap strategy for Connected Solutions (Publicis Groupe's AI & Data core products).
They act as the bridge between client business needs and product capability: turning strategic priorities into a structured, sequenced business roadmap, and holding the line between strategic planning, tactical product design, and execution.
They are a product champion and strategic storyteller, representing Connected Solutions in client-facing pitches, senior presentations, and internal alignment discussions. Ultimately, this person turns individual client opportunities into scalable commercial momentum, and ensures Publicis Groupe's Connected Solutions evolve in response to client needs.
ResponsibilitiesRoadmap Ownership: Own the roadmap and rollout sequencing for core agentic solution, and identify adjacent products to grow around the core solution.
- Roadmap Prioritization: Establish clear prioritization criteria for roadmap decisions, balancing client demand, product feasibility, commercial potential, and strategic fit.
- Business-to-Technical Bridge: Set the high-level product vision and desired user experience, then partner with the Product Lead to translate it into an executable plan with Delivery & Technology.
- Adoption & Impact: Define what successful rollout looks like: identifying the adoption signals, client outcomes, and repeatable use cases that indicate potential for scale.
- Feedback Loop Management: Capture friction and adoption signals from clients and agencies, feeding them back into business roadmap prioritization.
Growth and Market Positioning: Identify & shape growth opportunities within existing and prospective client relationships.
- Storytelling & Demos: Shape and present the business narrative for internal and client-facing moments, translating solution capability into a compelling story that stakeholders, clients, and agencies can act on. Represent Connected Solutions in pitches, senior presentations, demos, and strategic growth conversations.
- Client Support: Support account leads with rollout across priority Publicis Groupe clients. Serve as primary point of escalation for product-related issues, concerns, or strategic pivots; coordinating resolution in partnership with Product Lead.
QualificationsIdeal Candidate Profile - Deep understanding of the agency ecosystem, ideally with experience across creative, media, and CRM disciplines.
- Skilled at translating strategic priorities into terms technical leadership can act on, and vice versa.
- Comfortable owning business strategy and rollout sequencing without owning or dictating technical architecture.
- AI-fluent; understands where and how agentic AI and automation actually drive efficiency in marketing and media workflows.
- Commercially-minded: thinks in terms of packaging, adoption, and client/agency value, not just features.
- Strong communicator who can align business stakeholders, clients, agencies, and technical leadership at once.
- Comfortable in front of C-level clients and internal executives.
Qualifications (Required) - BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or a related strategy discipline.
- 8+ years in product or marketing strategy, within marketing/media agency environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing workflows and where AI/agentic solutions create efficiency (e.g., campaign optimization, insight generation, audience planning).
- Experience building business roadmaps and rollout strategies for external clients or agency networks.
Preferred / Stand-Out Experience - Experience rolling out agentic AI or automation solutions within CRM or media organizations.
- Familiarity with client and agency commercial models (licensing, packaging, service tiers).
- Background partnering with technical/engineering leadership without owning technical delivery.
- Experience running product advisory boards or structured client workshops.
- New business / growth experience.
Additional information- Hybrid position: Candidates must be based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and willing to commute to our downtown Toronto office.
The team follows a rotating hybrid schedule:
- Week 1: Tuesday and Thursday in the office
- Week 2: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the office

The salary for this position is $160,000 - $210,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
