Full Job Description
General Summary:

Drive the vision, development, and execution of marquee product and technology experiences at global industry tradeshows and events, showcasing Qualcomm's innovation leadership, differentiated value proposition, and transformative real-world impact.

The ideal candidate will architect the design and execution of world-class, engaging product and technology experiences that bring Qualcomm's innovations to life, collaborating across Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Business Development to deliver differentiated experiences that influence customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

They will also strengthen customer engagement and accelerate business opportunities by leading in-person executive demonstrations in the Qualcomm Experience Center, ensuring a best-in-class experience that highlights Qualcomm's technology leadership and real-world impact.

Finally, lead and develop a high-performing Product Experiences organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the vision, development, and execution of marquee product and technology experiences across industry events, tradeshows, customer engagements, and executive briefings.
  • Strengthen thought leadership and market perception through high-impact engagements and demonstrations.
  • Oversee strategic planning and development of demos across multiple product categories, technologies, and events.
  • Prioritize resources and roadmaps across a large event calendar and portfolio of experiences.
  • Lead keynote narratives, executive presentations, customer-facing content, and industry event messaging.
  • Translate complex technologies into compelling customer value propositions.
  • Align product strategy, market opportunities, commercialization objectives, and customer needs into cohesive experiences.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, Business Development, and external partners.
  • Influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional organizations to drive alignment and business outcomes.
  • Drive planning and execution for in-person demonstrations and experiences within the Qualcomm Experience Center.
  • Serve as a spokesperson and leader for technical and business storytelling.
  • Drive talent development, coaching, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.


This is an office based position located in San Diego, CA and is expected to comply with the company's onsite work policy. This is a U.S. based position and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 11+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 13+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 15+ years marketing, program management, engineering experience in high-tech industry.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success launching and positioning complex technology products, platforms, or ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of AI, semiconductors, wireless (cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth), mobile, PC, edge computing, cloud, IoT, automotive, data center, or related technology domains.
  • Experience developing technical demonstrations, customer proof-of-concepts, technology showcases, and interactive product experiences.
  • Experience leading high-profile technology demonstrations, executive keynote programs, experiential marketing initiatives, or customer showcase environments.
  • Proven success influencing senior executives and driving strategic business outcomes in a global technology organization.
  • Experience working with global teams and customers across multiple regions.
  • Track record of building thought leadership programs and driving market awareness for emerging technologies.
  • Expertise in go-to-market planning, competitive analysis, market segmentation, and product positioning.
  • Ability to translate product architectures, technical roadmaps, and engineering innovations into customer-facing value propositions.
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams to define demonstration requirements, experience flows, success metrics, and customer validation programs.
  • Strong executive presentation, keynote development, and storytelling capabilities.
  • Proficiency with data-driven business analysis and strategic planning.


Additional Requirements
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 35%.
  • Ability to support customer engagements, executive briefings, trade shows, conferences, and product launch events.
  • Ability to stand and present for extended periods during demonstrations, keynote rehearsals, customer meetings, and industry events.
  • Ability to occasionally move, setup, and manage demonstration equipment, devices, and presentation materials.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced event environments and accommodate extended hours during product launches and major industry events.


Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$223,400.00 - $335,200.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
