Your role in our mission- Lead multiple product development teams, ensuring delivery of scalable, reliable, and high-quality solutions.
- Oversee the full product development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Define and execute short- and long-term product development strategies aligned with business goals and client needs.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, QA, and operations to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Lead and develop senior leaders and teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for- 12-15+ years of experience in product development, software engineering, or technology leadership, including senior management roles
- Proven experience leading large product development organizations and delivering complex, enterprise-scale solutions
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, system architecture, and modern development methodologies
- Experience with healthcare technology, digital platforms, or regulated environments preferred
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders

The pay range for this position is $137,100.00 - $195,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
