LB Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director, People & Culture Business Partner to serve as a trusted partner to leaders across the organization and help shape how we grow.
This is an individual contributor role in a lean, high-growth organization. The successful candidate must be equally comfortable advising the Executive Team and rolling up their sleeves to build and execute. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating practical solutions from the ground up and driving meaningful outcomes without layers of staff.
No two days will look the same. The successful candidate will be comfortable moving between talent strategy, leadership coaching, organizational challenges, process design, and execution based on the needs of the business.
We are looking for a collaborative, hands-on People leader with deep life sciences expertise and a track record of supporting commercial growth.
The ideal candidate has worked in a small, scrappy biotech environment and helped an organization scale through a significant growth or commercialization inflection point. This is an opportunity to have meaningful impact, work closely with the Executive Team, and build the organizational capabilities needed for LB's future success.
