We are seeking a Senior Director of Operations to lead a significant portfolio of practices across Ontario. Reporting to the Vice President, Operations East, you will lead a team of Regional Managers and play a critical role in translating strategy into execution across a diverse, high-impact region. This is an opportunity for a proven multi-site leader to shape performance, build capability, and strengthen partnerships across a complex and growing network. You will work closely with clinicians, Practice Managers, and Regional Managers to elevate the patient experience, strengthen business results, and create the conditions for practices and teams to thrive.
