Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP, a global leader in intellectual property law, is seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources to lead firmwide HR strategy and operations across attorneys and business services. This role focuses on ensuring HR programs are executed with consistency, compliance, and operational rigor to support firm performance and long-term talent sustainability.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Senior Director will shape and operationalize the firm's HR operating model, bringing structure, consistency, and discipline to talent management, employee relations, compensation, and HR operations while partnering closely with firm leadership to drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
