Full Job Description
Position Summary

The Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will be a significant contributor towards developing and building strategic finance capabilities and delivering financial insights across the organization. The Senior Director will report to the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer.

This position is expected to work periodically from the Parsippany, NJ headquarters in a hybrid setting.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead annual long-range planning process in alignment with corporate strategy
  • Develop and manage company valuation models and scenario analysis to inform Executive Leadership of inflection point decisions and assumption sensitivities
  • Support cash runway analysis and capital formation strategy
  • Manage FP&A team in annual budgeting, mid-year forecasting, and reporting
  • Develop financial modeling and analytical support to provide insights for lifecycle management and portfolio decisions, including assumption sensitivities
  • Support quarterly and annual audit processes, including accruals and SOX documentation in coordination with broader Finance and Accounting teams
  • Support financial analysis of business development opportunities
  • Develop and implement net sales forecasting and management reporting cycles in partnership with the commercial organization
  • Support operational business needs and develop efficiencies within the Finance organization
  • Work closely with Executive Leadership to provide ad-hoc decision-making support

Salary Statement:

Offered compensation is determined based on market data, internal equity, and an applicant's relevant skills, experience, and educational background.

General Salary Range: $240,000 to $260,000
