Execute independently on medium sized projects or as part of a team of BAs on large sized or complex projects working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure superior customer and client experience.

Supports content development and updates for Prime team members' compliance responsibilities including: Annual and new hire compliance training and targeted compliance training for operational departments.
Manage new and ongoing recruiting analytics, metrics and related reporting, and research, recommend and implement a framework for maintaining appropriate competitive intelligence data in regards to talent acquisition.
Educate Employer groups on current topics in the industry, new product developments, and the competitive landscape; provide collateral materials and support when necessary to help facilitate the sales process.
Lead, coach and manage team members in order to deliver on department. goals, coordinate workload, ensure quality, establish procedures, meet client/customer expectations and manage the costs of the services being provided.
Consolidate large data sets from a variety of sources to support specific business analysis efforts, identification of enhancements or solutions, and the prioritization of ad-hoc data and project requests.
Execute quarterly/bi-annual Go-to-Market meetings with assigned plans, review results, make and track product and service offering changes, provide market recommendations, and execute on plans in collaboration with Client Engagement and Employer Market RVPs.
Accountable to analyze, decipher, and communicate audit driven requirements to internal business customers and coordinate with clients to ensure questions related to the audit requirements are clarified and result in appropriate business response.
Work with the Regional Vice Presidents and the sales team to drive joint ASO sales and member growth for Prime and the assigned Plan(s), that includes regaining lives that have been carved-out, winning new carve-in business, and assisting the account management team in retaining current business.
