Full Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing sales leader to serve as our Senior Director of Enterprise Sales. This individual will be responsible for building, leading, and executing the sales strategy for our Enterprise segment. This individual will partner closely with leaders across the business to define and execute go-to-market initiatives and scale a world-class enterprise sales team. This role is required to be in office 5 days per week in our Lehi HQ. What you will be doing: • Own and execute the sales strategy that will transform local businesses with AI agents. • Lead and mentor a high-performing enterprise sales team. • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship in strategic selling, pipeline development, forecasting, and deal execution. • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to inform our broader strategy to win with enterprise customers. • Attract and retain top sales talent. • Partner with cross-functional leaders to define and implement a winning go-to-market (GTM) strategy. • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth goals. • Guide key strategic deals and lead complex negotiations. • Develop, track, and manage sales forecasts, goals, and key performance metrics. • Ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting at the rep and team level. What you should have: • SaaS sales experience required. • Strong background in Enterprise outbound sales. • 3+ years of selling or leading in the Enterprise space. • A proven track record of exceeding revenue goals. • Experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing sales teams. • Proven ability to train and develop talent. • Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics to drive decision-making and forecasting. • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
