- Build business cases, financial models, and market assessments to evaluate expansion opportunities.

Commercial Operations Leadership - Lead commercial planning and execution processes to ensure delivery of growth goals and business objectives.
- Establish performance metrics, operating rhythms, and reporting mechanisms that improve commercial effectiveness.
- Drive pricing, contract strategy, customer profitability analysis, and commercial optimization efforts.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency while enhancing customer value propositions.

- Represent Walmart Transportation Services externally as a trusted logistics and transportation partner.

What you'll Bring... - Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, business development, commercial strategy, or related fields.
- Experience leading large-scale business development, revenue growth, or commercial operations initiatives.
- Experience managing executive-level customer and partner relationships.
- Demonstrated success influencing across complex organizations and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree (MBA preferred).
- Experience in transportation brokerage, logistics marketplaces, supply chain technology, or enterprise transportation operations.
- Deep understanding of transportation economics, pricing strategies, network optimization, and commercial contracting.
- Experience building and scaling new business models, transportation services, or growth initiatives.
- Strong financial acumen with experience developing strategic investment and monetization strategies.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
