Make an Impact

The Senior Director of Brand Collaboration, Cultural Strategy & Press is responsible for leading a modernized approach to brand outreach, cultural programming, and strategic partnerships to elevate Fossil's global market presence. This role drives brand relevance and consumer engagement by identifying high-impact collaboration opportunities, owning the global cultural calendar, and integrating PR and influencer relations into a relationship-led function that seeds products with culturally relevant tastemakers.

The Senior Director serves as a key strategist for brand visibility, ensuring alignment with cultural moments while maximizing commercial opportunities. This leader collaborates closely with marketing, creative, product development, and external partner teams to integrate earned media strategies and innovation trends into compelling consumer experiences and integrated campaigns worldwide.

What you will do in this role
  • Develop and execute brand collaboration strategies to identify and manage high-impact co-brand and partnership opportunities.
  • Own the global cultural calendar to ensure Fossil maintains visibility during key cultural moments like award seasons, sports events, and fashion weeks.
  • Integrate PR and influencer relations into a single relationship-led function to seed products with culturally relevant tastemakers.
  • Direct global brand outreach and earned media strategies across modernized channels, including podcasts, newsletters, and creator press.
  • Scout innovation trends to integrate external intelligence into upcoming campaigns and product development.
  • Connect earned media and collaboration metrics to business outcomes like sales, brand health, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop integrated advertising, promotion, and brand plans.


Who You Are
  • 8+ years of experience in PR and brand partnerships within an agency or corporate environment.
  • Luxury fashion, watch or jewelry experience preferred.
  • Exceptional media relationships and a deep understanding of both social media channels and traditional press.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams with a focus on collaboration.
  • Demonstrated success in managing agencies and external partners.
