Make An Impact:

Reporting to the Senior Director, the Divisional Brand Manager is a key merchandising leader responsible for driving both the global product strategy and day-to-day execution for Emporio Armani jewelry.

This role operates as the day-to-day owner of the global merchandising business, translating long-range vision into actionable plans while leading cross-functional teams to deliver strong commercial results. The Brand Manager is expected to bring a clear point of view, drive decisions, and ensure executional excellence

This role is a hybrid position, requiring you to be onsite Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

What you will do in this role:
  • Partner on the 3-year product and category strategy, shaping growth drivers, icon platforms, and pricing architecture
  • Define and evolve global assortment strategy aligned with brand positioning and financial goals
  • Identify opportunities to expand categories and strengthen core icons
  • Lead seasonal line plans (SS/FH) from concept through market execution
  • Drive weekly and monthly business reviews, translating insights into clear actions
  • Manage product lifecycle end-to-end, including launch, in-season optimization, and exit strategies
  • Act as the central merchandising lead across Design, Product Development, Planning, Marketing, and Commercial teams
  • Drive alignment, ensure accountability, and maintain momentum against key milestones
  • Partner with regional teams to balance global strategy with local market needs
  • Partner with Planning to deliver against revenue, margin, and sell-through targets
  • Drive full-price performance through strong assortment and pricing decisions
  • Lead merchandising inputs for sales launches, buyer meetings, and licensor presentations

Who You Are:
  • 8-12 years of merchandising experience with a balance of strategy and execution
  • Experience owning both product direction and day-to-day business management
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate data into action
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and external partners
