ABOUT THE TEAM

The Private Markets Solutions Delivery team operates within an agile organization, delivering technology and data capabilities that enable investment professionals to manage and analyze Private Markets investments across asset classes, including Natural Resources, Investment Finance, Real Estate and Private Risk.

YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Developer, Integration, you will design, develop and maintain robust, scalable integration solutions in close collaboration with our business partners. More specifically, you will:

  • Design and develop system integration solutions using Azure Integration Services and best practices in service and event-driven architecture
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines under Azure DevOps to ensure delivery quality and continuity
  • Develop full stack web applications and interfaces in support of business needs
  • Design and implement databases, queries and data flows using SQL, Python and Snowflake
  • Develop interactive data interfaces and tools using Streamlit.
  • Perform unit tests, integration tests and code reviews to ensure product quality and maintainability
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide product evolution recommendations
  • Document and communicate your work and progress
  • Stay current with the latest technologies and trends to advise the team and improve existing products and efficiency


WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience, including at least three (3) years in integration or full stack development
  • Strong proficiency in Azure Integration Services and Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipeline management
  • Experience with service and event-driven architectures (REST API, ESB)
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL and Snowflake for development and data management
  • Experience with Streamlit for developing interactive data interfaces and tools
  • Experience in the financial industry with an interest in industry development trends and tools
  • Comfortable working in agile mode within a complex, multi-team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and ability to challenge the status quo
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or equivalent (Assets)
  • Bilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)
