Senior DeveloperAboutthe RoleThe Senior Developer drives product development from concept through completion; architects, designs, and builds software enhancements and new modules across our CRM/ERP platform; and provides senior-level strategic and technical input throughout the SDLC. This is an AI-forward role - the candidate is expected to actively integrate AI coding tools into daily development to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and raise the bar for the broader engineering team.
ResponsibilitiesDuties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Conceptualize, architect, and develop new functionality for our CRM/ERP systems, adapting to evolving business requirements.

- Participate in solving production problems by analyzing and troubleshooting issues across multiple languages and systems.
- Collaborate with other developers and engineers to design, build, and maintain cutting-edge applications.

- Perform daily duties in line with Forth, LLC Information Security Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure that information Confidentiality, Integrity and Privacy is always maintained with processing information assets.
