As our
Senior Developer, AI-Enabled, you'll lead the technical delivery of projects end-to-end, from shaping requirements with business analysts and users to architecting, building, and shipping production solutions. You set the technical direction on your projects, make the design and integration decisions, and own quality across what the team delivers. AI orchestration is core to how you work: you use AI tools (Kiro, agentic workflows) to deliver at a scale and speed well beyond traditional senior output, and you lead by example, raising the bar for how junior developers apply AI. You bring deep engineering judgment; AI multiplies your impact.
What You'll Do- Lead the technical delivery of software projects from design through production.
- Architect, build, test, and deliver complex software solutions using an AI-first development approach.
- Partner with business analysts and users to translate business requirements and ambiguous problems into effective technical solutions.
- Own architecture, application design, and integration decisions across systems.
- Establish and uphold standards for code quality, testing, reviews, and overall technical delivery.
- Mentor and lead junior developers by example in AI-native delivery.
- Break down ambiguous business problems into technical solutions.
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record delivering production software across the full software development lifecycle.
- Experience leading projects and mentoring developers.
- Demonstrated proficiency using AI-enabled development tools, such as Kiro, is required.
- Strong development fundamentals across multiple languages and frameworks.
- Architecture, integration, and cross-system design skills.
- Ability to critically evaluate and direct AI-generated output.
- Ability to lead and mentor without formal authority.

$95,000 - $105,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
