Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Data Science Consultant to join our team! The Air Force Mission Assurance (MA) Construct Support Team requires highly specialized technical, analytical, and investigative support services.  In this role you will provide data platform enablement and analytical support to ensure that MA business process workflows are scalable, maintainable, and decision-relevant.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Execute the role of Data Platform User Experience and Application Designer, Data Collection and Entry by designing the user interface and experience of a data collection platform, specifically focusing on making the process of entering data as intuitive and efficient as possible for users, ensuring accurate data capture and minimizing errors

  • Maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer processes to support Air Force personnel.  

  • Provide ongoing system maintenance, enhancement, and performance optimizations

  • Capability development, integration with DoD MA systems and Dept of AF Data Fabric systems to ensure USAF MA Enterprise data system of record capabilities are maintained.

  • Work with the requirement business owners to understand needs and translate requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.

  • Provide analytical support to Mission Assurance activities

  • Enterprise platform coordination and advocacy support

  • Data architecture review, evolution, stewardship, and process support

  • Workflow data platform enablement, sustainment, and automation

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance

  • Master's degree

  • 10+ years of related experience

  • Must have Palantir Foundry Application Developer certification or be able to obtain it within 90 days of starting work on this program

  • Apply advanced analytics, AI/ML, and statistical methods to derive insights from complex mission data sets, including design, development, evaluation, and application of AI- and ML-based analytical methods to support MA use cases.

  • Translation of analytical and AI-driven insights into decision-relevant products for senior leaders and MA stakeholders.

  • Ability to implement, sustain, and scale MA data workflows, analytical models, and decision-support tools

  • Align MA data workflows with evolving MA processes, governance requirements, and decision-support needs

  • Configure Government-directed data platform capabilities to enable MA data analysis, monitoring, reporting, and automation

  • Implement, sustain, and continuously improve MA–related business process workflows, including coordination workflows, governance preparation workflows

  • Experience working in Palantir Foundry’s data integration and platform application

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.​

This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.

Salary Range: $134,100.00 - $241,400.00
