Your Role
The International Senior Data Analyst is responsible for leading data analytics, reporting, data governance, and process improvement initiatives that support international business operations and strategic decision-making. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data integrity, develop actionable insights, optimize processes, and support system and partner integration activities. The position serves as a subject matter expert for reporting, data quality, and operational analytics while driving continuous improvement across the organization.
Your Impact
• Lead reporting, analytics, and data management initiatives supporting business objectives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting for operational and leadership teams.
• Analyze data to identify trends, business opportunities, operational risks, and process improvement opportunities.
• Establish and maintain data quality controls, validation processes, and governance standards.
• Investigate data discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with business and IT teams on system enhancements, integrations, testing, and implementation projects.
• Document business requirements, workflows, and operational processes to support scalable solutions.
• Support onboarding and integration of new partners, markets, and business initiatives.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects focused on automation, efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Provide analytical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and business stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business analysis, or data management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Intermediate PowerPoint skills.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Strong business process documentation and process mapping skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new tools to continuously improve processes
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Experience with SAP or other enterprise systems.
• Experience working with PLM / VAS
• Knowledge of data governance and master data management practices.
• Experience supporting global operations, partner integrations, or system implementations.
• Experience leading process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled analytics, reporting, and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power BI AI features, data observability platforms, or LLM-based solutions) to improve analytical workflows and operational efficiency.
