Full Job Description
As an experienced hire with a versatile skill set, you will play a key role in carrying out the diverse projects and tasks of a client-facing, data-forward consultant. Leaning heavily on your business and analytical skills, the Senior Consultant will perform advanced analytics, interface with clients, and ensure that internal project efforts are aligned and on track. Our most successful consultants quickly gain additional responsibilities.
Key tasks include:
• Defining client needs by conducting interviews with client teams and technology partners
• Performing advanced data analysis and conducting research to solve high-impact, strategic problems facing our clients
• Helping build, formulate and present strategic data recommendations for clients
• Developing new business proposals to convert client prospects
• Contributing to content development and writing on business-relevant topics (e.g. Artefact-published research, articles and business cases).
• Accountable for the successful delivery of a project with the guidance of a Manager/Director
• Overseeing and/or mentoring entry-level consultants and interns, as appropriate.

As someone who will help build our U.S. office from the ground up, we need a consultant who's naturally curious, independent, team-oriented, and eager to learn. We'll give you the tools and training to be successful, and you'll come armed with the following:
• Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance
• 3-5 years of full-time work experience, ideally in one or more of the following areas: consulting, data/analytics, marketing, advertising, finance, or tech.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to represent Artefact in a client-facing capacity
• Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse team members; strong intercultural communication skills are a must
• Advanced familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in digital, data and the tech economy as a whole
• Strong teaching orientation; demonstrated ability to mentor more junior members of the team
• Knowledge of strategy consulting and/or digital marketing (within a start-up, agency, etc.) is highly desirable, but not required
The estimated base compensation for this role ranges from $125,000 to $135,000. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, this role is eligible for competitive benefits.
