Responsibilities: 

  • Direct the preparation and delivery of Contract Status Reports and Weekly Activity Reports incorporating executive-level dashboard metrics and strategic planning visualizations

  • Manage comprehensive Trip Report dashboards providing integrated travel activity tracking, detailed cost analysis, and lessons learned capture from field support activities across 350+ facilities

  • Architect sophisticated Quality Management Plan dashboards incorporating continuous improvement metrics, performance indicators, audit results, and corrective action tracking aligned with CMMI and ITIL frameworks

  • Architect comprehensive integrated operational dashboards delivering executive program-level views with advanced trend analysis, predictive analytics, and interactive drill-down capabilities supporting 40,000+ users

  • Design advanced Quarterly Spend Plan dashboards providing detailed financial projections, labor category utilization trends, and financial performance tracking across all CLINs

  • Develop Data Center Management executive dashboards tracking SDDC automation metrics, cloud-based disaster recovery failover capabilities, and compliance with Department of State security policies

  • Architect Enterprise Operations Center dashboards providing critical incident management visibility, real-time infrastructure monitoring, and executive leadership reporting for world events

  • Design enterprise monitoring solution dashboards integrating Oracle Enterprise Manager, Splunk, AppDynamics, Zabbix, and ServiceNow with Power BI interactive reporting and predictive analytics

  • Implement advanced Capacity Management dashboards utilizing predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms for infrastructure expansion planning and growth projection

  • Coordinate comprehensive disaster recovery dashboards tracking RTO/RPO compliance, 2N redundancy status, automated failover SOPs, and business continuity preparedness

Qualifications: 

Required –

  • Bachelor's degree + 8 years of experience in related fields, such as data visualization, business intelligence, data analytics, IT operations reporting, or dashboard architecture at enterprise scale; equivalencies considered.

  • Active Secret Clearance

  • Proven experience with enterprise-scale dashboard development, business intelligence architecture, and creating executive-level analytics and visualization solutions

  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing complex data visualization projects, leading technical teams, and coordinating reporting initiatives across distributed enterprise environments

  • Expert-level proficiency with business intelligence and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Splunk dashboards, or ServiceNow Performance Analytics

  • Excellent leadership abilities with proven experience planning and leading data visualization initiatives, functioning as a subject matter expert, and supervising dashboard development teams

Desired –

  • Prior experience supporting federal agencies, especially the Department of State

  • Advanced professional certifications such as Tableau Desktop Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, or Splunk Core Certified Advanced Power User

  • Expertise in advanced analytics including predictive modeling, machine learning applications for IT operations (AIOps), SQL

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
